jug, commemorative (Arthur Wellesley the First Duke of Wellington (1769-1852)), the commemorative pitcher of the Great Duke of Wellington has a strongly defined portrait and date of his demise on the front of the base. Dark brown glazed Character Jug of Wellington, labelled ”Wellington-died Sept. 14, 1852”.
