figure group, Africa from (the Four Quarters of the Globe), Africa, is represented by a child dressed emblematically, eg. Africa with an Elephant’s Head for its Crest, a Scorpion in its right hand, and a Cornucopia with Ears of Corn, in its left; a fierce Lion by its side.
