Description
figure group of a young girl mounted on the back of a goat which stands upon amoulded landscaped base, facing to the left and with its left foreleg raised. The girl wears a green chemise with gold neckline and cuffs over a floral printed skirt and bloomers; she carries a blue plumed, wide-bried hat by its red ribbons and wears red shoes. Hair coloured brown, the base painted with earth tones and yellow; the front of the base decorated with a gold line. Applied shredded clay on the base and on the goat's head, tail and foreleg, the latter masking the join where the separately moulded foreleg has been repaired.
