Description
plate, shaped dessert plate green ground border is painted with pink leaves and gilded fronds and surrounds a central reserve hand-painted with Pansies.
from part dessert service comprising of 21 pieces; the rim is a variation of the "Staffordshire" form registered in 1854 and it and the border design are very like an example manufactured at Samuel Alcock and Company (pattern number 4 / 2191).
