Description
wine cooler, pair, urn-shaped with double handles. Overlaid with cast decoration of fruiting vines, leaves, including acanthus leaves, and flowers. Pierced cast bases to both. Bears an Indian Crest with engraved motto, "Heavens Light our Guide Both wine coolers have elaborate scroll handles and pierced cast bases and still possess the original lines of sterling silver. Both have straight-sided liners, marked 1 and 2 on rim to correspond with similar marks on outer urns.
