Description
jelly or blancmange mould. Food mould of oval shape, cream colour, the inner sides of which are fluted and the bottom of which bears an intaglio design. This design comprises of a winged motif with central paterae with six lobes around a central lobe. The body is of the Creamware or Queensware type.
