Dear Ryan,

On behalf of the Trustees of The Johnston Collection I would like to congratulate you on the chair you designed and constructed as part of the program Inspired by Johnston.

Misterkurly is a very interesting concept based on an unusual recognition of some of the features of design inherent in the Johnston pieces you chose to study. The wave and organic shape of your piece gives it a very attractive, comfortable, modern design feel and the depth and balance of the chair makes it rather inviting for the onlooker to sit in. It is in this close understanding of influences in design development by past masters in furniture manufacture, which makes modern, comfortable design so innovative.

Best wishes in your career we are sure it will be successful.
