plaque, celebrating the French Revolution with France shaking hands with Minerva as Goddess of War overlooked by the figure of Faith celebrating the French Revolution, showing France holding a spear or staff surmounted by the Phrygian cap of Liberty, greeting Minerva as Goddess of War, before an altar inscribed "FIDEL PUBL." on which stands the figure of Faith
