Description
candlestick, from a pair, in the form of female figure gathering and proffering fruit and flowers. She carries cut blooms in her apron and holds a single flowerhead in her left hand. The figure is ornately painted and gilded in imitation of the Meissen style and are profusely decorated with applied flowers and leaves. Tree stumps extend from the circular bases to form the candelabra.
