Description
figure group comprising woman seated to the left, male standing to the right, with his right arm around the neck of a lamb in centre atop a stone wall. The lady has a flower and foliage in the gathered folds of her arpon. She has on ablue blouse with gilt trim. He is dressed in Highland costume. A stream of water pours from the wall. Staffordshire figure with a royalty theme which features a boy and girl with a sheep figure group of a highlander and lady, lead-glazed earthenware. they are standing, the man to the right holding sheep. He wears a blue jacket and kilt, red plaid stockings, green cloak and flat tam o' Shanter hat; the woman wears a green skirt and large hat with crimson feather; in her left hand she holds a flower, a lamb stands on awall between them, from the middle of which issues a stream. Long oval base with gilt line.
