Object Detail


Description
spill vase, pair, rectangular shaped on a stepped plinth base and with a moulded rim in the rococo style. The front panel of each vase is hand-painted with a spray of flowers in the polychrome enamels; the remaining sides feature a green ground and the moulded top, plinth base and panel borders are all gilded. The moulding is in the form of scrolled foliage has an off-white or pale yellow ground.
